We will provide tech support via screenshare for your computer including the following services:
- Cleaning files off the computer that are taking up space and not being used
- Removing unused software
- Upgrading Software to latest Versions if licenses are current. If licenses are not current, we will provide a list and discuss upgrades prior to upgrading
- Upgrading to Windows 10
- Setup applications after Windows 10 upgrade
- Fix Email issues
- Fix file issues if able
- Review any issues and attempt to fix within the platform of the computer system
- Provide recommendations for anything we run into during tech services
- Set up Security Software with Firewall

General Info: All the work is done by our highly qualified staff. When you need to speak with us - we are here - and you are not speaking to someone out of the country. Maintenance Plans will save you quite a bit of money on a regular basis. The block of hours you buy will allow you to send changes as needed that encompass those hours. We do have one time service plans as well as other maintenance plans.
Purchase of Hours: If we see that the hours you have purchased are not enough for the request being made, we will let you know ahead of time, prior to any work commencing. In this case, additional hours will be required to be purchased. For example: You want a Windows 10 upgrade and you buy only 5 hours. Some machines may be able to handle that time, but most are getting done within 8-10 hours give or take.
Completion Guarantee: Based on the hours you purchase, and assuming the work is routine and not complex computer repair work, our Completion Guarantee will guarantee that we complete the changes being requested for that given hourly plan within the time frame you have purchased.
Guarantee & Use of Hours: Hours cannot be carried over to the next period if they are unused. Unused hours are discarded and cannot be used at a later date. On the first of each period your hours reset and start again for that next period. Should you require more hours in a given period for extra work you need, we will honor the rate that you paid for your Maintenance Plan. Anything out of the ordinary will be quoted prior to any work commencing.
Response Time: We will respond to your request within 1 business day of receipt, excluding weekends or holidays. Your work request is then scheduled in production on a regular maintenance schedule and is typically completed in just a day or two at the same time each month. If your scheduled monthly maintenance is for the 15th of each month, your maintenance production time will complete by the 17th or 18th of the month taking into account weekends and holidays unless we notify you otherwise. It will be essential that you allow us to have computer access via the screenshare we will have you download. The download for the software is no charge. At the scheduled time, your computer must be online and the software "READY TO CONNECT - GREEN LIGHT ON" in order for us to be able to connect to your computer and effect repairs in accordance with your needs.
Experienced Tech Manager Assigned to your Issue: Quantum will assign an experienced expert suited perfectly to fix your issue as well as take care of your monthly support & maintenance. In addition, we will assign a Tech Manager to oversee and insure your changes are being taken care of in a timely manner.
How to Send Changes Into Support: All Maintenance Plan Users must use the HelpDesk Ticket in to insure speedy service. If there is a particular issue you need us to look at during Maintenance time please fill out a HelpDesk Ticket and describe in detail the issue. If the issue is covered under maintenance we'll gladly fix it during routine Maintenance. If it requires additional time to repair the issue, we will also let you know that and then additional time will be charged for the repair in accordance with the repair.
